Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 7, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime, such as violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence in a third prison of North Korea North Korea on June 27, 2013.
