1. The Defendants amounting to KRW 800,000,000 for each of the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from February 9, 2011 to October 22, 2015.

1. The facts acknowledged are: (a) Defendant Green River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Green River”) obtained permission to convert a mountainous district (hereinafter “instant permission to convert a mountainous district”) for the purpose of constructing a golf range on April 4, 2005 to “the period of conversion from January 2005 to January 30, 2006” (hereinafter “instant permission to convert a mountainous district”), and obtained on January 25, 2006, permission to convert a mountainous district to extend the period of conversion to January 31, 2007, by January 31, 2007, among the amount of 10,693 square meters of forest land D (hereinafter “1 land”) and E forest land 39,203 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”).

On October 31, 2006, the Sipers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sipers”) concluded a sale contract with the Defendants to purchase each of the lands listed in the separate sheet in the land transaction permission zone (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) including partial shares in the land No. 1 and the land No. 2 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) for KRW 15,834,00,000 (hereinafter “the instant sale contract”). As the special terms of the contract, “Sipers” used the land use consent received from the Defendants for the purpose of applying for the title holder and the change of the purpose of use of the permission for the use of each of the instant lands. The Defendants agreed to immediately terminate the instant sale contract and notify the Defendants of the termination thereof, and simultaneously apply for the land transaction permission at the same time as the said authorization was modified.

On October 31, 2006, the Chumpt paid the Defendants the down payment of KRW 800,000,000 for the instant sales contract.

After that, around January 2007, Defendant Young River obtained permission for the alteration of the mountainous district conversion period of this case from the mayor of Pakistan to October 30, 2007.

The City Mayor on February 7, 2007 shall be the case in this case to the Mayor of Pakistan.
