The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged (2013 Height 28) The Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, operated the said truck in a state where he loaded the freight exceeding 45 tons of total weight of 40 tons from the front side of the Central Expressway 261.6km 261 km, which was located in the direction of the branch office of the river, to B driver on September 18, 2006, thereby violating the restriction on vehicle operation by the road management authority.
(2013No. 29) On July 22, 2006, the Defendant, an employee of C, loaded and driven freight at the front of the 14.9km branch office in the East Sea Highway with a total weight of 45.4 tons as D vehicle drivers, and operated a vehicle with a total weight of 40 tons exceeding 5.44 tons, thereby violating the restriction on vehicle operation by a road management authority.
(2013dan30) On January 30, 2006, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, loaded and operated 45.02 tons of tin, the total weight of which exceeds 5.02 tons as F vehicle drivers from the street in front of the Central Highway Downyang Business Office located in the Chungcheongnam-do, in order to transport tins of more than 40 tons as F vehicle drivers from the bus line of Gangwon-do to the port of Gyeonggi-do.
(2013No. 31) On 21, 2006, the Defendant, an employee of C, loaded 44.4 tons of tin on the said cargo vehicle and operated an excessive operation, even though it was a restricted area where D vehicle drivers cannot operate more than 40 tons of total weight in order to preserve the structure of the road and prevent traffic.
(2013No. 32) On March 17, 2006, the Defendant, an employee of G, loaded 44.29 tons of tin on the said cargo vehicle and operated an excessive operation, even in a restricted area where he could not operate more than 40 tons of gross weight to preserve the structure of the road and prevent traffic by H vehicle drivers, at the location of the business office of the Korea Highway, within the limit area where he could not operate more than 362.7 km from around 17, 2006.
(1) On July 18, 2007, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, loaded 4.26 tons of 44.26 tons or more of total weight as a J driver from the ground above the network 8.2 km point of the East Sea Line 8.2km point of the East Sea Line.
