A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and suspension of qualifications for one year.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, who is her husband, suspected of having a non-humane relationship with another woman, was able to collect the location information of the victim and record the contents of conversation in order to secure evidence.

1. Around September 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, etc., of D apartment houses located in Soyang-si, Mangsan-si, without the consent of the victim, installed one gPS location information collection device (TB:200) at the back of the E-PS passenger car operated by that person, and collected the location information of the victim who operates the said car through the mobile communication service from that time to September 2013.

2. Violation of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act;

A.
