Punishment of the crime
"2019, 31"
1. The indictment of this case in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, on March 31, 2019, at around 21:30, the Defendant entered “E” in the indictment of this case, but the location of the Defendant appears to be “Y in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si,” but the actual location appears to be “E”.
(No. 4 of this Court 2019 Gohap31): Provided, That this part of the facts charged is recognized, including the location of “E”, and such part of the facts charged is recorded in accordance with the indictment in the relevant part of the indictment.
The victim D is a person different from the victim I of the special assault and the crime of assault as stated in paragraphs 3 and 4 below. In the “E” operated by him, the fact was committed as if he would pay the price although he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and the order of liquor, etc., which was obtained from the victim and acquired alcohol, etc. equivalent to the market value of KRW 70,000,000 from the victim.
2. On April 4, 2019, around the 08:10, Kimcheon-si, the Defendant discovered a gold string that the victim G (five years of age) was worn by the victim, and caused the victim to resisting the said string by saving the victim’s surrounding strings with both descendants, and preventing the victim from resisting the said strings. On the other hand, the Defendant took a 14K gold string amounting to 140,000 won at the market price from the victim.
3. On April 5, 2019, at around 23:20 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim I (the age of 62) by putting about approximately 66 cm in the tezet (total length, No. 1) as dangerous articles in the KJ, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.
4. Around April 5, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:55, assaulted the victim I again to “K” as stated in the foregoing paragraph 3, and assaulted the victim I by taking the face of the victim by hand.

1. On December 26, 2018, the Defendant suffered injury: (a) the victim’s face is heeped one time by hand from the victim B (year 54) who is a taxi driver and the taxi rate at issue; and (b) the victim’s heeped three times.
