A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2013, at around 21:40, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., violation of the Road Traffic Act) (i., driving a low-speed motor vehicle, (ii) around 21:40, in order to damage the part of the victim C driving, which was stopped from the front direction of the Defendant’s driving in front of the high-speed motor vehicle, to require repair cost of KRW 368,740, and (iii) to stop immediately and stop the 445-1 Small and Medium Business Administration distance from the direction of training-dong to the two-lanes.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused a traffic accident as above, thereby damaging three motor vehicles owned by the victims to require a total of KRW 20,774,390, and escaped without taking necessary measures.

2. On May 3, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the roads of Incheon Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon to the front of the mutual incompetence in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon at around 21:40.
