1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows: (a) each entry of evidence Nos. 32 through 38 (including a serial number) which is insufficient to admit the Plaintiff’s assertion as evidence submitted by the Plaintiff to this court, is rejected; and (b) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same with the ground of the judgment, except for adding the judgment of the following 2 as to the assertion emphasized or newly added by the Plaintiff in this court; (c) thus, it is acceptable

2. Additional determination

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) With respect to the violation of the duty of care, the symptoms, such as clothes, toxic transfusions, etc., sent by the Defendant hospital, constitute the side effects of the ice, and the Defendants, as the aged 83 years old, could have sufficiently predicted that the above side effects may occur when the ice was administered to the deceased, but without due care, caused the Deceased to cause the stroke and the trapsic side effects of the ice, by administering the ice, without due care.

B) On March 15, 2012, the Defendants did not perform a separate examination and diagnosis against the Deceased who claimed for the uniforms at the time of the end of the end of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day of the day

Even after the Deceased’s blood transfusion, the Defendants were forced to discharge the toxic blood out of the Republic of Korea, and the Defendants could sufficiently prevent foreign substances from being discharged beyond the pulmonary process.
