A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 6872"

1. For the purpose of preparing living expenses, the accused intentionally contacted a part of his/her body on a vehicle that passes along the alley, added him/her into his/her wheels, and sentenced him/her to have his/her body and request insurance management and receive insurance proceeds as if the accident occurred due to the fault of the other driver;

On April 22, 2014, at around 15:10, the Defendant discovered D vehicles driven by C in the southwest-dong market located in Jungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, added the Defendant’s engine to the rear wheels of the said vehicle, and claimed as if the accident occurred due to C’s negligence, and caused C to receive an accident from the victim East Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. on April 23, 2014, and received KRW 360,000 and medical expenses KRW 210,810 from that time to May 27, 2016, and acquired KRW 14,406,980 in total nine times as shown in the attached list of crimes, from that time until May 27, 2016.

2. On February 10, 2016, the Defendant intentionally caused an accident, such as the list of offenses No. 7, and then notified the insurance company’s personal information of pro-Japanese, and received hospital treatment in the name of E.

On February 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged a copy of the hospitalization pledge under the name of E, a private document concerning rights and obligations without authority, with the intention of exercising the “H” on the patient’s name column E and resident registration number column at the G Council members located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu; and (b) presented it to the employees in charge of the above hospital, who knew of the fact, as if it was duly formed.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place stated in paragraph (2) above, unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number by stating E’s resident registration number in a written hospitalization pledge.

The defendant of the "2016 Highest 7989" runs along I and passes through the road to raise living expenses.
