1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A Co., Ltd. KRW 230,800,000, and KRW 181,500,000 and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On August 9, 201, the Defendant was a corporation established on August 5, 201 for the purpose of real estate sale, lease, etc., and resigned from the Defendant’s representative director on August 9, 201, and resigned from the Defendant’s internal director on September 20, 2012. G was appointed as the Defendant’s representative director on August 9, 201, and the Defendant’s representative director G was resigned on September 20, 2012. (2) On August 9, 2011, H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant’s representative”) determined the construction period from Jeju-si Urban Residential Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant construction work”) with the Defendant for the fourth multi-household household housing on the fourth multi-household 4 multi-household lub roof, to the construction period of the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant construction”).

1) The Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff A”).
(2) On December 20, 201, the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) entered into a subcontract with H for the construction period of KRW 338,00,00 (payment on the basis of the utility rate) and the construction period from December 20, 201 to February 28, 2012. The Plaintiff was paid the construction period of KRW 365,80,000, including the additional construction period, by 365,80,000 (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) by setting the construction period from H on September 30, 2011 to February 28, 2012 when the construction is delayed due to H’s delay during the construction period under the said subcontract. The Plaintiff A was paid the construction period of KRW 34,00,00 (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) by the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) by setting the construction period from H on September 30, 2011 to the construction period of KRW 365,301,201.

B During the process of construction under the above subcontract, as a result of the delay of H’s structural construction, the construction period was extended to May 30, 2012, and the total construction cost was renewed to KRW 268,500,000, including the additional construction cost.
