The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court and the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of each of the fraud of the victims AA and AW among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations but did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the specification of facts charged.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
