Reasons

1. Case history

A. On May 23, 2007, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 44.93 square meters in Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, and C, and 30.12 square meters in 200 square meters in 3 floors, 7.70 square meters in 30.91 square meters in 10.91 square meters in 10.91 square meters in 13.92 square meters in 2 stories, and 12.99 square meters in 2 stories in 2007 (hereinafter “instant building”). On August 26, 2016, the Plaintiff is a person who transferred the ownership of the instant building to D Housing Redevelopment Development Project Association on the ground of expropriation.

B.
