1. The Defendant’s KRW 904,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from May 15, 2019 to July 18, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part on the claim for payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from July 19, 2019, which is the day following the date on which the judgment that the Plaintiff seeks, is declared, is dismissed.

However, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in accordance with Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
