A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

1. Each Defendant’s fraud against the victim C, D, E, F, G, and H means: (a) around December 8, 2012, at his/her own office located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, I apartment commercial building building 204; (b) at the time, the Defendant had a debt equivalent to KRW 150,000,000,000,000 at the time; and (c) even if the victim C received money from the victim C, he/she had no intent or ability to use the money for the production of the music; and (d) notwithstanding that he/she did not have an intent or ability to use the money for the production of the music record, he/she acquired the victim C’s money totaling KRW 1.5 million from the victim’s account to January 7, 2013; and (e) acquired the money totaling KRW 1,500,000 from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant from March 4, 2015.

2. Fraud to the victim J;
A. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant received money from the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant on May 5, 2014, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant, at the time, was in a situation where money was urgently needed to repay his/her debt amounting to KRW 150 million; and (c) even if having received money from the Defendant J, he/she did not have the intent or ability to use the victim to register his/her singing in the singing machine; (d) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to use the victim’s singing; (c) said, the Defendant made the Defendant false statement that the Defendant “not later than the end of June 2014, 420,000 won will be included in the singing and singular of the singular and singular in the singing machine,” and that it received money amounting to KRW 4.
B. Around May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a); and (b) at the time, money was paid from the victim because there was a situation in which money was urgently needed to repay the debt amounting to KRW 150 million.
