1. The Defendant’s KRW 93,226,541 as well as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from December 12, 2019 to March 2, 2020, and March 3, 2020.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 14, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an electric utility contract with the Defendant on the part of June 14, 2013 on the part of the Defendant’s and the Defendant’s operation with respect to the “all-time lifelong learning center” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the Nam-gu, which is located in the 39 arm’s lengthway A (a contract type). (2) On April 8, 2015, the Plaintiff changed the type of the said electric utility contract to the “educational purpose” for each type of the said contract upon the Defendant’s application.

[Basic Terms and Conditions of Contract] Article 55 [Classification of Terms and Conditions of Contract] Types of Contract shall be classified into residential power, general-use power, educational power, industrial-use power, agricultural-use power, street lamps, spare power, and temporary power according to the use of the unit of electric use contract.

Article 57 (General Use Electricity) (1) General Use Electricity shall apply to customers falling under any of the following subparagraphs:

1. Customer Article 58 (Educational Power) (1) Other than those for housing, educational power, industrial power, farming power, street lamps, spare power, and temporary power, shall apply to any of the following customers at least 4 km of contract power:

1. Schools (excluding affiliated hospitals) under the Early Childhood Education Act, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and the Higher Education Act, and lifelong educational establishments certifying academic background under the Lifelong Education Act

4. To conclude an electric utility contract separately for each facility in accordance with Article 18-2 (the unit of electric use contract) of the Library Act if two or more kinds of contracts can be applied to the place of electric use pursuant to Article 65 (the type of contract in the case of two or more categories of contracts).

However, in case of entering into one electric use contract for the whole, the category of "C" as set out in the following table shall apply:

General-use power of each type of contract, other than general-use electric power, for each type of contract (a) (b) general-use electric power: Provided, That the following cases shall be as follows:

1. Where two or more kinds of contracts, excluding the electric power for housing, are applicable, the table B above;
