A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately five g of psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related cambanes (one philophonephone; hereinafter the same shall apply); and (b) approximately 1.4g of psychotropic drugs-related cambanes in their three pages; (c) around April 30, 2012, the Defendant was on board at the port of Thai-gu Incheon Sindong Incheon Sindong, Jung-gu, Incheon on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones and Kenyas.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

3. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant issued an order for approximately 9g of JWH-210 chip-210 chip (E) 79 chip, psychotropic drugs, via the Internet site (E) at his/her home, and sent an international letter-post item with approximately 9g of the said JWH-210 chip, which was concealed in the Round of the same month, to Malaysia MH066.

On March 25, 2013, the above international letter-post item arrived at the Incheon National Port on March 25, 2013, and the defendant received the above international letter-post item at his own home on April 1, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported JWH-210 9g.
