Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) mobilized a digging pool for planting trees, etc. without obtaining permission for diversion of a mountainous district, a competent administrative agency; (b) damaged forest land by destroying 947 square meters; and (c) diverted forest land to a mountainous district on February 25, 2013.
