A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner of the Republic of Bangladesh nationality status of non-professional employment (E-9) sojourn status, and was working in C from around October 2018 to Kimpo-si, while working in Kimpo-si, and was located in the same worker and dormitory of the same nationality.

1. Special intimidation: (a) around 12:44 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant used a knife knife ( approximately 30cm in total length, approximately 18.5cm in knife length) to the victim D (Nam, 31) who uses the same room in his/her hand while under stressing stress due to the marriage problems with the female-friendly body of his/her nationality, etc. of the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the above victim E (ma, 32 years old), who met the Defendant’s visit due to sound that the victim escaped and the Defendant was abnormal, said, the Defendant knife the knife, and the Defendant stated that the victim “I would go well when you enter this room.” On the other hand, the victim F (ma, 30 years old) continued to read the victim “I would go well if you enter this room.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

2. At around 15:20 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant threatened the said victim H (Nam, 50 years old) with a threat, such as: (a) on the same place as indicated in the preceding paragraph at around 15:20 on June 28, 2020; (b) three and three police boxes of Kimpo Police Station G police stations dispatched to the scene after having received a report on the preceding paragraph-related 112; and (c) and (d) two police officers, both J and two police officers, including the I Team guards, attempted to visit and pressure the Defendant’s dormitory to visit the Defendant’s house and

Accordingly, the defendant carries dangerous objects and objects of rescue and dealing with the 112 Reporting Cases by police officers.
