1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 37,44,894 and KRW 35,270,675 among them, from May 30, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The plaintiff is a corporation whose main business is the temporary re-lease business, and the defendant is a corporation that engages in reinforced concrete construction business as its main business.

B. The Defendant leased the necessary building materials from the Plaintiff at a new construction site of a building and a new site of a building that it was performing construction work. However, on May 29, 2014, the Defendant discontinued business without paying rent of KRW 35,270,675 to the Plaintiff as indicated in the following table, and thus, the Defendant is seeking payment of the said rent by the instant lawsuit.
