A defendant shall be punished by a minor fine of 30,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above minor fine, 15,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

When a motor vehicle is traveling behind any other motor vehicle traveling in the same direction, a driver of any motor vehicle shall maintain a distance necessary to avoid any collision with the motor vehicle traveling ahead of it when the latter stops suddenly.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant driven the vehicle without securing the necessary distance to avoid the collision with the vehicle in front of the 119-4 Scambro, which was the front of the 18:30 on the front of the 119-4 Scambro, while driving the C private taxi.
