Imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of paragraphs (1) through (6) of the judgment of the defendant, and for the crimes of paragraph (7) of the judgment, six months.

Defendant

On June 204, the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") and the victim D (the current 22 years old) who was married with the victim C (the female, currently 45 years old) and became the father of C, and the defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months on February 5, 2013 at the Southern Branch Court of the Jeonju District, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on the 13th of the same month.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof;

A. On 2008, the Defendant: (a) on the Defendant’s Fpoter vehicle set up in E near the Namwon-si, the Defendant: (b) told the victim D (at that time, 15 years of age) who was seated above the Defendant to “shall not have to complete payment; (c)”; (d) put the victim’s hand over with the victim’s spora, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

B. On 208, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim D (the age of 15 at that time) who was seated on the side of the vehicle set up in the vicinity of the Sim-dong, Simyeong-gun, Simyeong-gun, 2008, “I would see that I would see that I would sell. I will see inside. I will throw away; (b) I will throw away you will see you will do so; (c) I will throw away”; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his hand between the victim’s spokele and spos.

C. On January 209, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of self-defense under the H bridge located under G in Namwon-si, Namwon-si, by getting off the neck of the vehicle loaded under the said paragraph; and (b) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by getting off the victim D (at that time, 16 years of age) who was seated in the vehicle; (c) making the victim’s hand knife the victim’s hand close to the Defendant’s gender; and (d) towing the victim into the victim’s sexual intercourse.

2. A defendant who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent act by force in relation to relatives) shall not hear the horses from the victim D (the age of 17 years at the time) while putting his/her massage in a container that is a defendant's residence in the Republic of Korea, Namwon-si I.
