A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At the time of the instant crime, the Defendant’s blood alcohol concentration level was very high, the Defendant again committed the instant crime even after having been issued a summary order due to driving of drinking around July 2018, and the Defendant led to the occurrence of a heavy water accident by driving alcohol, and there is no other penalty force other than the above one fine.
