1. The Defendant’s acquisition by prescription on January 1, 2010 on real estate stated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff is based on the completion of acquisition by prescription.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) shall be completed on August 18, 194 by B, May 10, 1939, on the ground that Australia was inherited on May 10, 1939.
B. On March 2, 1933, on the past land cadastre as to the land listed in the annexed list No. 1, the ownership was stated as transfer to C on January 15, 1934, to D on August 18, 194, to E on September 7, 1945, to E on March 9, 1965.
In addition, the past land cadastre on the land in the attached list No. 2 stated that the net F was transferred from E on March 9, 1965.
However, the part of the above two lands transferred to E and F is deleted, and only the statement that the ownership was transferred to B on August 18, 194 remains.
C. The net F has paid the aggregate land tax to the land of this case by 1997.
On the other hand, the property existing within the jurisdiction of the U.S. military government, Japan, etc. was owned by the U.S. military government under subparagraphs 2 and 33 of the Act on the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea and the United States of America on September 11, 1948, pursuant to Article 5 of the first Agreement on the Fiscal Affairs and Property between the Republic of Korea and the United States of America, the right was transferred to the defendant on September 11, 1948, Article 2 of the Act on Special Measures for the Management of Property Belonging to the State, Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the former Act on Special Measures for the Management of Property Belonging to the State (amended by Act No. 1346 of May 29, 1963), Article 5 of the Addenda of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Management of Property Belonging to the State").

2. The defendant's claim for confirmation of the ownership of land against the State is unregistered and there is no registered titleholder on the land cadastre or forest land cadastre.
