Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the owner of a building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, with a total floor area of five stories, and a total floor area of 542.6 square meters.

On May 24, 2011, the above building obtained a building permit from the Young-gu Office, and on November 23, 201, the approval for use was obtained for the purpose of public announcement.

In order to change the purpose of use and make a large-scale repair of a building for which approval for use has been obtained, it is necessary to obtain permission from the water supply market or obtain a report, and even though it is impossible to change the purpose of use into an urban residential house, the defendant, at the time of approval for use as a Class 2 neighborhood living facilities (public notice), has changed the use of the above building by installing a 13 room (202, 203, 204, 301, 302, 304, 305, 401, 403, 404, 405, 501, and 502) from among the 21 rooms, and has changed the use of the above building by arbitrarily changing it into a common residential facility (studio).

2. The Defendant is the owner of a building D located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si (No. 2 neighborhood living facilities (public notice), the total of five stories, and the total floor area of 54.49 square meters).

On May 24, 2011, the above building obtained a building permit from the Young-gu Office, and obtained approval for use on November 23, 2012.

In order to change the purpose of use and make a large-scale repair of a building for which approval for use has been obtained, it is necessary to obtain permission from the water supply market or obtain a report, and even though it is impossible to change the purpose of use into an urban residential house, the defendant has to use it as a Class 2 neighborhood living facilities (public notice), and at that time, has changed the common taking of the 5th floor of the above building into a room, and at least 16 rooms among the 21 rooms (101, 102, 201, 203, 204, 301, 302, 303, 304, 304, 305, 404, 405, 501, and 503).
