[Criminal facts]

1. On June 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would deliver three copies of “Sasaws after a showback,” if he/she first transfers money,” by communicating the victim B using a cell phone to purchase the “Sasaw” in the Internet site “Naber High Republic of Korea,” and by communicating the victim B using a cell phone to the effect that “I will deliver three copies of “Sasaws after a showback.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not own the above recreation, and even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver it.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 90,000 from the victim via the Kakao Bank Account (D) in the name of C around June 20, 2018. From that time to July 5, 2018, the Defendant deceiving ten victims in the same manner as indicated in the separate crime list, and received KRW 1,168,000 in total from the victims.

2. On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Internet NAV (NE) in a non-permanent place (hereinafter referred to as “NE”); (b) posted a false letter of sale to sell it in the absence of intent or capacity to sell it; (c) as if the victim E, who reported the fact, would have sent the said goods to the victim E, he/she acquired the money from the victim to the bank account (G) in the name of F of Korea on the same day.
