Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant A shall transfer any medium access to electronic financial transactions;

around 16:00 on June 16, 2015, the Defendant received a proposal to the effect that “on the face of sending a passbook, the Defendant would send an amount equivalent to KRW 100-15 million on one month” from a person who was unaware of the name that he/she became aware of through comments on the video on the face of the E-mail located in P.S., the Defendant sent the card to the above non-known name via Kwikset’s service.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media for electronic financial transactions.

2. The defendant B shall not transfer any electronic financial transaction access medium;

around 16:00 on June 16, 2015, the Defendant received a proposal to the effect that “on the face of sending a passbook, the Defendant would send an amount equivalent to KRW 100-15 million on one month” from a person who was unaware of the name that he/she became aware of through comments on the video in the face of the E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the access media for electronic financial transactions.
