1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 198,00,000 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 66,00,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of them on October 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant C and D established and operated K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”) from around 2011 to engage in the business of selling games. From September 2015, Defendant C and D established and operated said business.

The remaining Defendants, as officers and employees of J and K, performed their duties in accordance with their respective positions as listed below.

However, the fact is that the money used for the purchase of game machine among the investment money received by the company is part of the money.
