Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who forged private documents, entered into a contract with D who is a clinical psychologist belonging to the D Association of D, an incorporated association, to conduct toxic vaccinations outside a medical institution, and received delivery of the head of C, the legal entity of C, so that he/she may use the private document for conducting vaccination in the event of vaccination.

On October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) did not make a vaccination report to the Military Military Health Center in advance; (b) was investigated at the Military Military Police Station because he did not report the vaccination to the above apartment residents in the apartment complex of the Sipo-si, Sipo-si, Sipo-si; (c) was in possession of an can file with C’s corporate director head; and (d) was willing to prepare a explanatory note in the C’s name and submit it to the police station.

Around November 6, 2012, the Defendant, at the office of the Defendant E, 103 Dong 1404, as the title “statement” using a computer from the Defendant’s house: C Council members, seat, and content attached to the Diplomatic Investigation Association of the Diplomatic Association of the Korea Association: Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City: A person in charge of vaccination duties is subject to dismissal.

In November 2012, 2012, the C's corporate director, director of the C's association, who entered the C's "Director of the C's Association of D's C' and printed out the can file to be shown in the same document.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the defendant forged a copy of the statement in the name of C Director of the Diplomatic Association of Korea, a private document related to the certification of fact.

2. On November 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the competent investigator who was aware of the forgery at the investigation of the Military Police Station No. 848, Simpo-dong, Simpo-si and the economic team office of Simpo-si, Simpo-si, and exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if it were genuine.
