A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:10 on June 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim, who was the victim of the said police box, to be punished for taxi drivers D and trial expenses, by drinking alcohol in front of the 19:10 police box; (b) obstructed the victim, who was the victim of the said police box; (c) on the job where many and unspecified pedestrians are located, the Defendant insultingd the victim by saying, “I will be imprisoned, so I will be imprisoned, you will send the cab driver, and will be Chewing, I will be able to die.”

2. On June 10, 2012, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a)around 19:11, at the port patrol box, filed a petition with the Defendant under influence of alcohol; (b)a slope E and assistant F of the above patrol box to check the same day as the preceding paragraph, saying, “I see this Chewing mathm, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I amb off”; (c) I ambling the chair with the above E, and I ambling it; (d) I ambling it; and (e) I ambling the Defendant’s personal information; and (e) I ambling the Defendant, “I ambling it, ambling it, I ambling it within the police life of the Republic of Korea in the future; (e) I ambath, I ambathn, I am and am within the police officer’s.
