Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50, around 23:50, and around 1207:9; and (b) around 1205, at the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant: (c) caused the victim C, who was the wife, by putting the head debt of the victim who was in a ward, and was in a separate room for the reason that the Defendant met another male, while the Defendant was living separately from the Defendant; (d) shaking the victim’s head debt in his/her ward; (e) shakings his/her body by cutting both hand; and (e) caused the victim’s injury, such as catum salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
