A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B k7 in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

2. Around March 24, 2020, the Defendant was driving a B k7 car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.092% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.092% from the front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the road.
