Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered a restaurant operated by the Victim C (31) in Gwangju City on January 21, 2020; (b) a kitchen where the Victim D (67 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant was waiting for drinking and eating; and (c) paid money among the victims D while waiting for drinking and eating.

The victims each assaulted the victims, such as taking the face of the victim D by walking D with the victim's face, leaving the victim C's face to prevent the victim's face.

2. The defendant who interferes with the business shall incur money borrowed from the above D while under the influence of alcohol at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

The victim C interfered with the restaurant business of the victim C by force by leaving about 20 minutes, such as cutting down goods with large sounds and cutting off goods.
