Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are H’s children.
Defendant D is the spouse, Defendant E, F, and G’s children.
I is the first child of J, and H is the second child of J.
B. The land annexed to each of the lands in this case before the subdivision of each of the lands in this case is indicated as being allocated each of the lands before J was divided into each of the lands in this case.
C. On April 15, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendants was completed with respect to each of the instant land, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on April 15, 2015.

2. The plaintiffs' assertion and judgment
A. The plaintiffs' assertion that they received each of the instant lands from the Republic of Korea following the farmland reform, and that they held title trust to the Republic of Korea I upon completion of the repayment in 1966.
J, Secondly, upon marriage on February 28, 1972, H divided each of the instant lands into H, and H occupied each of the instant lands from that time until he/she died in June 2014.
Therefore, H acquired each of the instant lands on February 28, 1992 by prescription, and the Plaintiffs inherited the H’s rights. As such, the Defendants, the heir of H, are obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration for each of the instant lands, based on prescription acquisition.
B. The recognition of facts 1) The transfer registration under the name of I was completed on the ground of the completion of repayment on April 30, 1966 with respect to the land before subdivision, and the transfer registration under the name of L on May 24, 1972 with respect to part of the land before subdivision was completed on February 17, 1976, and the transfer registration under the name of H on September 14, 1979 with respect to the land before subdivision was completed on September 25, 1967 on the land before subdivision. The transfer registration under the name of I on September 14, 1979 was completed on September 2, 1967 on the land before subdivision.
