Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute, post, distribute, screen, or display any advertisement, letter of personnel management, poster, photograph, document, drawing, picture, printed matter, recording tape, or other similar things, which contains contents supporting, recommending, or opposing a political party or candidate, or which indicates the name of a political party or candidate's name, with the aim of influencing the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, and obtain any signature or seal from the electorate for the election campaign.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the chairperson of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Trade Union C (State) labor union in the above C (State) labor union office around April 18, 2017, restructuring the wage structure that does not discriminate against the gap in order to narrow the gap in order to protect the rights and interests of non-regular workers and non-party workers who are employed by the President of the F Party in the 19th E, and taking active support for the election of the F candidate for the election of the President of the Republic of Korea by establishing employment-friendly industrial structure in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.
