1. Of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, the real estate 2, 3, and 7 shall be divided and owned exclusively by the plaintiff B;

2. The plaintiff B shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 31, 2014, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for 3/17 shares, Plaintiffs, Defendants D, E, F, G, and H on March 31, 2014 as to 1 through 6 shares in the attached list.

(A) On January 21, 2015, Plaintiff B completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of inheritance by the Plaintiffs and Defendants, the heir, following the death of Plaintiff I, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the 2/17 shares of Plaintiff A and the 3/17 shares of Defendant C with respect to the 2,3 real estate out of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.
