Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

From March 8, 2014 to June 23, 2014, the Defendants: (a) installed iron fences at the entrance of concrete access roads located 1.6 meters wide from the surface of the said real estate, which are roads used by village residents, from Doo-si, Defendant B, from March 8, 2014 to June 23, 2014; and (b) installed wire-lines at the entrance of concrete access roads located within 1.6 meters wide from the surface of the said real estate; and (c) installed wire-lines at the entrance
