Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a house with the trade name of “D” in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages that are drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless,

1. From around 22:00 on September 17, 2017 to 22:30, the Defendant sold 34,000 won to E (n, 17 years of age), F (n, 16 years of age), G (n, 15 years of age), and H (n, n, n and 16 years of age) juveniles who were customers of the said business at the said business place, without verifying their age by identification card, etc., and sold to E (n, n, n, n and e, n and e, n, n and e, n and e, n., n.

2. On September 23, 2017, the Defendant sold to 37,000 won 1 (the 17-year-old, 15-year-old, 17), K (n, 17 years-old, 15 years-old, L (n, 15 years-old), M (n, 16 years-old, 16 years-old) alcoholic beverages without verifying the age due to an identification card, etc. as well as to 37,00 won, such as an alcoholic beverage 2 sick and beer 2 sick.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
