Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a person operating a so-called headship in Japan, was unable to receive a visa necessary for his/her long-term stay in Japan in a normal way in Japan. D on August 27, 2012, stating that “A”, “H”, “H”, and “foreign team” in the affiliated column, “chief”, and “chief” in the period column, at around October 26, 2006 to April 30, 2012, using a computer in his/her own residence located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building 1110; and at the bottom of his/her personal information, he/she proves that he/she had been employed by October 26, 2006 and had been employed by April 30, 2012.
