Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who owns and operates a vehicle for riding B in the investment lease.

1. No person who owns a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on May 1, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle under the condition that he did not mandatory insurance with respect to the said vehicle at the front of the 11th National Assembly of Ansan-si, the Seoul National University of Arts, which was a member of Ansan-si, the 15:29 on May 1, 2016.

2. In violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) Defendant 1 used the vehicle for riding the above B-M vehicle without a driver's license for the same day as the above paragraph 1, he driven without a driver's license for the two km section from the street 40-way to the street 11-way to the art university of the same Gu from the street 40-way to the street 11-way to the art university of the same Gu, a member of Ansan-si.
