Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2016, around 23:30, the Defendant driven a rocketing taxi without a driver’s license on the road near the Daegu-ro Hospital located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to approximately 25 km from the border of Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu to the 1069 front road.
