1. The Defendant received on November 29, 2013 from the Seoul Central District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

(a) The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be found in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 11, and Eul evidence No. 1 (including additional numbers), with a comprehensive view to the whole purport of the pleadings:
