Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On April 30, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of about 50km per hour between three lanes in the direction of Nowon Police Station in the direction of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, about 311 relay 1:3-lanes in the direction of Nowon-gu.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, the driver had a duty of care to live well on the front side and the right and the right of the driver, and to prevent the accident by driving safely in accordance with the signals.
