1. The plaintiff A:
A. The Defendant, Inc., Ltd., 190,505,005 won and its therefrom.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Round”) is operating the 309 Dohn-ro 114, inter alia, the Round (hereinafter referred to as the “instant water pool”) with the trade name called the Round (hereinafter referred to as the “instant water pool”) installed in the pentan-ro and provides it to the public.
B. On August 23, 2014, Plaintiff A, at around 18:27, arrived at the instant pen, took water play in the instant swimming pool from around 18:30 to 19:40, and returned to the kitchen.
After that, the plaintiff Gap and the first executive reached the swimming pool of this case at a night house and around 23:00. One of them entered the swimming pool of this case as well as one of them enter the swimming pool of this case, and the plaintiff Gap and the first executive suffered an accident where the head is faced on the wind floor (hereinafter referred to as the "accident of this case").

C. The swimming pool of this case is prefabricatedd with a size of 6m wide, 18m long, and height of 1.26m high as cement floor. At the time of the instant accident, the depth was about 1m high.
