Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months of imprisonment due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on February 3, 2017, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on February 11, 2017 and is currently under suspended sentence.

On June 25, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from around 700 meters away from the front of the apartment complex to the front of the commercial building at around 380 meters away from the front of the apartment complex at around 11, 201 in the 601 in the future of the Pakju City at around 14:36, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the front of the apartment complex at around 380 to the front of the commercial building at around 600 meters without the driver's license.

The reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, other than the instant crime, the Defendant had a history of serving a fine for drinking driving, driving without a license, one time to stay of execution, and went to the instant crime during the period of suspension of execution.

However, the defendant explains the reason why he has caused the driverless driving to North Korean defectors, and considering the fact that the driverless driving itself is the second, and the attitude to reflect is shown.

In addition to the above points, the sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, and circumstances after the crime, shall be considered, and the sentence shall be determined as per the order.
