A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court for ten months, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 18, 2015.
[Criminal facts]
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On August 20, 2017, at around 18:45, the Defendant: (a) contacted a seller of narcotics, etc., who was aware of the Internet D’s sales advertisement, with F, a kind of “F,” which is a kind of Social Relations Network Services (SNS). The Defendant decided to purchase the Melopty Melop (hereinafter “Melopopon”; (b) deposited KRW 800,000 in the G account in the name of G used by the above person in the name name name name, and paid the price; (c) notified by the above person in light of around 20:15 of the same day, the Defendant purchased the Melopon using the Melopic Melopic Melopon’s Melopon’s Melopon’s Melopter, which was concealed in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Seoul.
B. On August 23, 2017, at the same place of residence as at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) contacted with the person without a name, and decided to purchase the re-phone from the said person; (b) deposited KRW 800,000 to the said account; and (c) on the same day, at around 03:00, the Defendant purchased the same by means of finding approximately 0.7g of the re-phone from the outside machine of the air-conditioner at the place where the said person without a name, was informed of the fact-finding at around 03:00.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On the same day as “No. 1-A” and 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.03g of phiphones purchased as indicated in the same paragraph in a single-use injection machine; (b) administered them in a way of injecting them into a human blood transfusion.
B. The Defendant’s entry in the toilets at around 03:00 on the same day as “No. 1-B” in the same paragraph, and the entry in the same paragraph.
