A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2009, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Seoul Central District Court due to the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and on November 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by collective weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court on November 21, 201, and is still under suspension of execution for a period of two years.

Criminal facts

1. On March 22, 2015, at around 01:20, the Defendant received a 112 report from G(53 years of age) and Habman(27 years of age) who was used on the floor of the street in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and received a guidance for returning home from G(53 years of age) and Habman(27 years of age) who was dispatched to the site.

After having taken the floor, the above police officers were on board the patrol vehicle in order to handle other 112 reports, and without any particular reason, the defendant saw the above H's scam scam which was seated in the patrol vehicle two times, and put the victim H two times in the head room due to drinking, and put about about 14 days off the left-hand scam and scambling in the left-hand scam for which treatment is required for about 14 days, and put about about 2-3 times in the above G's belbow which continued to drop off from the driver's seat, and put about approximately 14 days in the scam scam for the victim G to be treated for about 14 days.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers and at the same time injured the victims respectively.

2. On March 22, 2015, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties, and arrived at the F District of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City F District of the Police Station, but refused to leave the police vehicle from the patrol vehicle.

In order to help the defendant get off his vehicle, the defendant was placed in the slopeJ (38 years of age) who was employed by the said patrol vehicle, and continued to drive the defendant to the said patrol vehicle, and the defendant was in need of a medical treatment for about 14 days to the next victimJ, when the left side of the saidJ is walking up to 2-3 times on the left side of the saidJ while walking up to 2-3 times on the part of the said earth.
