1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiffs are all patients suffering from Hansen's disease, and the Yando National Hospital National Cemetery established on February 24, 1916 by the defendant for the treatment and isolation of Hansen's disease patients and the Yando National Cemetery National Hospital was established as the Yando National Cemetery on October 1, 1934 and the Central Center of May 6, 1949.

Both stations, piters on September 29, 1951, piters on December 14, 1957, piters on July 1, 1960, Yado Hospital on July 1, 1960, Yado Hospital on November 8, 1968, and Yado Hospital on December 31, 1982.

The following shall not be distinguished, but shall be indicated as “National Dondo Hospital”:

People who were hospitalized in the Maliwon Hospital, the National Doriwon Hospital, the Doriwon Hospital, the Mariwon Hospital, the Maridong Mariwon, the Matriwon inn, and the Matriwon in all (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "National Matriwon Hospital, etc.").

The Act on Persons Affected by Hansen's Disease(hereinafter referred to as "the Act").

)The Commission for Finding the Truth (hereinafter referred to as the “Commission for Finding the Truth”) was established and has been established under the Prime Minister pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Persons Affected by Hansen’s Disease.

(2) In order to implement the matters to be resolved by the Truth Committee pursuant to Article 4(1) of the Act on Persons Affected by Hansen’s Disease and to deal with the matters delegated by the Committee, the Committee established the Working Committee for Finding the Truth of Persons Affected by Hansen’s Disease (hereinafter “Working Committee”) in 2009.

The Working Committee has dealt with matters concerning the receipt of reports on damage by victims and their bereaved families, enforcement of investigations on reports on damage, and payment of medical subsidies, etc.
