Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2019, at around 01:15, the Defendant driven a BM3 car, leading to the front of the C apartment at Jeju at the 8th square to the front of the Jeju apartment at the 8th square. The Jeju is the event distance.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely proceeding with checking whether a person who gets on a road by checking the front side and the left side of the motor vehicle driving.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the death of the victim D (year 51) who crosses the road from the right side of the marina road to the left side by shocking the front side of the said car into the road. On April 9, 2019, at the F Hospital located in Jeju E around 03:42 on April 9, 2019, the Defendant caused the death of the victim, such as low blood shock.
