Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from February 26, 2013 to March 3, 2016, worked as a motor vehicle dealer at the agency of the Aeronautical Motor Vehicle Co., Ltd. located in Gwangju Northern-gu G as a motor vehicle dealer.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victim company and received KRW 10,100,000 from the victim company as the price for vehicle purchase on the same day. In the same way, the Defendant acquired KRW 680,200,000 in total from the victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., JBour Capital Co., Ltd., Mesium Capital Co., Ltd., Mesium Co., Ltd., Mesium Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd., Mesium Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., New Card Co., Ltd., Ltd., and BNK Capital Co., Ltd..

Serial Temporary loans (units: Won 2014-01-08 10,100,000 1,807,995 Mogle learning (J) 2K 2014-03-030,700,005,105,680 for vehicles of the original lending company.
