A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 03:00 on April 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) opened a driver’s seat which was parked in the Manyang-si square and the 215 parking lots, which was owned by the victim C, and opened a driver’s seat which was not corrected for the Dpoet car owned by the victim C; and (b) cut one point out of the cM seat card at the market price of KRW 300,000,000 from January 18, 2015 to May 26, 2015; (c) committed theft of KRW 45 times in total; (d) approximately 42,230,000 of the victims’ property at the victim’s expense; and (d) used stolen credit cards or debit cards (related to crimes No. 2,31,41,41,421,41,421,41, 2014).

The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, i.e., the unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air defense, use of air defense, use of air defense, and operation of the EM5 vehicle by cutting off the EM5 vehicle as set forth in [Attachment 10] No. 10”, and in order to avoid the arrest of the investigation agency, he had the vehicle number plate of other vehicles attached to the MF5 vehicle.

(b) From around that time to April 5, 2015, the Defendant operated the said MF5 vehicle in front and rear gate in front of the said MF5 vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant used the air illegally for the purpose of exercising the right, and at the same time used the registration number plate unlawfully, and exercised the illegally used air.
B. On April 5, 2015, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the front and rear number plate of the HM5 car from the 307-dong parking lot located in the 42-Sin-Gun, Sin-gun, Sin-gun, Sin-gun, Sin-si (attached Table 16 Nos. 16) and attached it to the front and rear part of the ES5 car; (b) from around that time to April 26, 2015, the Defendant was attached to the front and rear part of the ES5 car.
