Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating "E" in Yangsan-si D, and the victim F (V, 22 years old) is a part-time student of the above business.

At around 01:10 on June 6, 2014, the Defendant called the victim as “a person who has completed his/her business, will work only until today,” and, at the beer specialty store located near the above business establishment, he/she would drink with the victim and drink with the victim to the victim, he/she went to the head of the GhoxG car operation and carried the victim to the △△△ middle school located in the water Eup in Yangsan-si.
